The Self-Adhesive Label Experts in Perth, WA

Ordering labels from The Label Factory is easy. We are Perth’s self-adhesive label and sticker specialist. Here are a few tips to help you get started.

To determine what type of label will best suit your needs, consider the following:

  1. Outdoor or Indoor Use?

This will determine whether a vinyl or paper label is more suited. Paper for indoor, vinyl for outdoor.

  2. Outdoor Use

Long-term outdoor labels and stickers require light-fast inks.

  3. Indoor Use

Some indoor labels are used on bathroom products and need to be produced on polypropylene while others can use a standard matt or gloss paper. Matt paper for writing on, gloss paper for presentation.

  4. Adhesive

Is the label to be removed cleanly and easily at some stage or remain in position permanently once applied? Refrigerated labels may require special glue.

  5. Size and Shape

Determine this specification based upon the size and shape of the container it is being placed upon, the area it is being placed into, the amount of information on the label, or the visibility requirement.

  6. Colours

“Full colour” (CMYK four colour) printing will reproduce photograph quality or high quality graphics; fewer colours will reduce your costs.

  7. Quantity

The greater the volume, the lower the unit price. To get started, we recommend you determine how many labels you might use over a period of three to six months. Remember, we will happily produce one or thousands.

  8. Printer Labels

Sheets for A4 printers, rolls for thermal transfer printers.

  9. High Quality Presentation Label

Selling a product you want to be rushed off the shelf? Add varnish or foil embellishments.
